Vendors Wanted

Booth Fees & Booth Size

$75.00 per 10’ x 10’ vendor booth.

Additional 10’ x 10’ spaces are available for $50.00 each.

Vendor spaces are sold on a "first-come first-served” basis.

A confirmation email will include a detailed map and further market information.

All fees are non-refundable.  In the case of rain, an alternate date will be offered, and vendor fees may be rolled over.

 

Merchandise 

Accepted Items 

All items sold at the market must be considered quality vintage, antique, or collectibles.  Items created through reuse or repurposing are acceptable only if the materials used are vintage and not new items artificially aged.

Market staff will review all merchandise to ensure it complies with market guidelines. Any items deemed inappropriate or not meeting the required standards will be removed. Vendors who are unable to comply with these guidelines will be asked to leave the market. Market staff reserve the right to request any vendor to pack up and leave the market, or to exclude them from future markets, if their display or merchandise does not meet the established standards. Vendor fees are forfeit If a vendor is required to vacate the market due to non-compliance.

  • Restricted Items 
    Offensive materials: Anything representing racist, sexist, or offensive ideologies, including items related to Jim Crow, Nazi, or KKK.

  • Adult content: X-rated or pornographic materials.

  • Dangerous items: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapons, gas-filled balloons, fireworks, contraband, tobacco, and alcohol.

  • Wildlife items: Animals, animal parts, or items made from ivory that are protected by the Endangered Species Act.

 

Resale Permit 

The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration requires and enforces that all companies, organizations, and individuals making sales in California have a current and valid California Resale Permit. 

No one will be assigned a booth at the market without providing a valid resale permit number.  To obtain a seller’s permit.  Call 1800-400-7115, or visit:

License Fees

City, County, or State license fees, if any, are the responsibility of the vendor.

 

Insurance

No insurance of any kind is provided to market participants.

 

Set Up 

Set up time/TBD

All vehicles must be cleared from the market area by 7am.   Vendor booths must be set up and show ready by 8am.  Merchandise must remain within vendor booths.  No merchandise or boxes may be placed in walkways/sidewalks or against buildings.

 

Breakdown 

Removal deadline/TBD

Vendor booths may not break down until 3pm.  Vehicles may not enter the sales area without a Loading Pass.  Pass will be provided only after your booth is packed up.  No exceptions.

Please adhere to all directions from market staff.

Vendors must clean up prior to leaving, placing all trash in provided receptacles.

No unwanted items may be left.

Any additional trash left in vendor booths that result in additional cleanup fees will be passed on to the vendor.

 

Parking

Parking is available on nearby streets.

No vendor specific parking is available. No vehicles or trailers may remain within the sales area during the market.

 

Tables & Chairs 

Spaces must be furnished by vendors. Placing merchandise on the ground in lieu of tables or display cabinets is unacceptable.

 

Pop-up Tents

Pop-up tents must be white or cream and fit within the allotted space as marked on the street.

All pop-ups are required to have weights and be properly secured.

 

Electricity

Electricity is not available at the market. No generators are allowed.

 

Conduct 

All vendors are expected to treat staff, volunteers, and the public with respect and courtesy. Disruptive behavior, including arguing, harassing, or causing conflict, will not be tolerated. Failure to follow directions or adhere to safety guidelines may result in immediate removal from the market and potential exclusion from future markets.

Noise: Loud music or amplified voice equipment is not allowed.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in vendor booths, within the sales area, and within 20 feet of any business entrance.

Policy changes: All policies are subject to change at the discretion of Roses and Rust Vintage Market, LLC/Hunt & Gather.
