Covid-19 Safety Precautions to expect at our event :
.) If any person has ANY illness symptom, or even headache, we ask you to stay home.
.) All Vendors, Workers, and Attendees will be required to wear masks at all times while in buildings, outside in booth areas, and anywhere there are others within 6' .
.) We will be required to limit how many persons are allowed in buildings at a time, so we may ask attendees to start at different buildings to keep people spread out better. Buildings will have traffic direction to follow.
.) We will have hand sanitizer available for use when you enter the fairgrounds, and many of the vendors will also have hand sanitizer for use throughout the event.
.) Tickets will only be available to purchase ONLINE to avoid excess contact and crowded lines. We will scan your digital ticket on your phone, or you may print it out and bring the paper copy for us to scan.* (*For those who are not able to purchase online we will be able to accept exact amount in cash, and credit/debit cards at the gate. We will NOT have change for cash so please plan accordingly.)
.) Restrooms will also have a limited number allowed at a time.
.) We will have a cleaning crew who will be disinfecting areas before and continuously during the event.
.) Our Courtesy Booth will only be a holding area for purchases, with very LIMITED available help with getting large purchases to vehicles. We will have furniture dollies we can loan to haul items to the customer loading area, but will not be allowed out in the parking lot.
.) We will not be able to provide shuttle service for this event, so please feel free to drop off ones with walking difficulty at the gates before parking.
.) We will have 6' distancing markers in line areas, we thank you for your cooperation in maintaining that 6' separation.
.) Food eating areas will be a minimum of 6' apart. There will be a reduced amount of eating tables at the event due to the County guidelines. Persons can remove their masks to eat/drink while at the eating tables only. We ask only groups who came together share the same table. If Shasta County moves to the Purple Tier for Covid-19 then the guidance is that we will not be allowed to have eating areas, but we will have food vendors at the event.
.) Masks will need to be worn properly
We want to thank all who join us for your cooperation with these precautions as the health & safety of all is our utmost concern. We know many find the restrictions difficult but in order to be allowed to have our event we must follow the direction of the County.
